  2. Await return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the product as instructed

  4. Refund or exchange is processed once the return is received and inspected


4. Refunds

  • Typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Returned via original payment method

  • Confirmation email sent upon completion


5. Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to personal preference are customer-paid

  • Defective or incorrect products: TrailPro may cover return shipping


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if stock is available. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
